The Supply Chain Manager is a key member of the Plant Leadership Team with functional responsibility Master Planning, capacity planning, materials management/flow, tactical procurement, production scheduling, inventory control, and logistics.
We are seeking a dynamic leader for this exciting growth opportunity to help drive key performance indicators (KPIs) This role will also drive financial metrics including inventory turns, standard cost variances, absorption and budget.

POSITION EXPECTATIONS
- Responsible for supporting the execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning
- Manages inventory management. Establishes production schedules and devises methods and SOP's to achieve effective and efficient movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining minimum inventory investment.
- Maintains Item Master Data accuracy in Oracle ERP to support Kanban
- Responsible for Purchasing execution process
- Responsible for integrating production schedules with business planning and forecasting.
- Supports and ensures site linkage to the Enterprise Supply Chain for Supplier and Supply Chain escalations, Commodity Strategy, Contracts, cost savings, savings tracker, Supply Chain Excellence and harmonized Viant supply chain strategies.
- Must be a driver of lean manufacturing and a lean culture.
- Acts as the liaison between operations and customer service to ensure orders are accurate and on time delivery is met.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or Supply chain
- 3 - 5 Years of management or supervision experience.
- APICS certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of pull systems, problem solving and 5S
- Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and lean materials management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead team activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong computer and presentation skills
