Purpose

Primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality and integrity of the Master Data within the Ravago Americas ERP system.

 

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.   

                

1.           Essential functions (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)

a)           Set up new customers, vendors, warehouses, payment terms, products, and other master data in the Ravago Americas ERP system

b)           Maintain existing customers, vendors, warehouses, payment terms, products, and other master data in the Ravago Americas ERP system

c)           Ensure high quality/integrity of data

d)           Handle data migration projects when new companies are merged into the Ravago Americas ERP system.

e)           Represent the data integrity when working with other departments

f)             Maintain and optimize the data forms

 

2.           All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications

1.           Education:

a.           Associates degree preferred. Degree in Business, Accounting, or another related field preferred

b.           Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree

 

2.           Experience:

a.           2-5 years of experience preferred.

3.           Licenses / Certifications:

a.           Valid driver’s license – required

4.           Language:

a.           Proficiency in English required

b.           Bi-Lingual – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
