Machine Operator

Run machines according to all established, written and/or verbal, operational and quality Standard Operating Procedures, and safety policies. Operator will troubleshoot and maintain all equipment. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Runs machine/equipment in manufacturing environment according to all established written and/or verbal, operational, and quality Standard Operating Procedures and safety policies.
• Sets up, troubleshoots, and maintains all production equipment.
• Monitors machine and associated equipment.
• Performs quality measurements and makes consistent quality judgments.
• Performs computer interactions and maintains other records/documentation as required.
• Maintains area according to 5S policy and participate in the continuous improvement process.
• Maintains production to meet schedule attainment requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Must possess good math skills with foundations of Algebra.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle criticism and feedback constructively.
