We are looking for a Adaptive Insights Solutions - Finance that will take calculated risks and develop optimizing architecture within Swire Coca-Cola. The right candidate is willing to try various approaches to build best in class tools and capabilities that support enterprise-wide planning and execution. The Adaptive Insights Solutions Analyst will help build best in class tools and capabilities that support enterprise-wide planning and execution. The mission of this individual will be to own the solution design and deployment of our Adaptive Insights models to drive efficiency and top line growth.
 

Responsibilities:

• Support the solution design of Swire’s Adaptive Insights model landscape and ensure the overall direction is optimized for space constraints, speed, maintainability, and user satisfaction
• Support and maintain high performance and scalable Adaptive Insights model architecture
• Participate UAT testing and deployment, support user groups to ensure solutions incorporate feedback and the best decisions on design trade-offs are reached
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends to generate new, unique solutions that sustain and build business capabilities
• Educate IT and the organizational leadership on improvement opportunities to Adaptive Insights architectures
• Develop model documentation
• Collaborate with system, customers, and other stakeholders:  Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to appropriately stretch and impact the System (Franchise Partners and Bottlers).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree required
• 2+ years Adaptive Insights or similar model building required
• 2+ years required experience in design, building, and implementation of qualifying software: Oracle Hyperion HFM, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, SAP BI-IP, SAP SAC, SAP Callidus
• Experience in data architecture and integration across platforms
• Model creation for end-to-end business process in planning & strategy, forecasting, execution, and Trade Promotion Management required
• Experience gathering, designing, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) required
