What does the Senior Manager, Talent Management do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Swire Coca-Cola’s success depends on the success of the individual, and with that in mind, strengthening talent across the organization is a key transformational theme in HR’s long-range plan. The Senior Manager, Talent Management will work closely within HR and across the business to provide consultation, manage existing processes, and lead projects to accomplish that goal

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the unique needs of individuals, teams, departments, and the company overall to define, create and/or leverage the tools and processes that enable our culture
  • Provide thought leadership, build organizational capabilities, and guide execution of talent processes, including but not limited to:
  • Talent Review: Partner with business leaders and HR business partners to ensure the health of our leadership pipeline and depth of organizational talent. Identify leadership successors and succession plans. Accelerate leadership readiness and mitigate risk to continuity. Lead process end-to-end
  • Performance Management: Ensure tools and processes for performance management provide calibrated differentiation of performance levels and that leaders are equipped to effectively deliver performance messaging. Ensure goal setting, mid-year, and end-of-year appraisal processes are completed
  • Individual Development: Enable career mobility/progression practices and approaches to drive transparency and employee engagement, spark development and growth, and support the growth and evolution of the company
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Develop, implement and manage coaching and mentoring programs to identify, develop and cultivate high potential next generation leaders to create a robust pipeline that is ready to meet ongoing and future staffing needs
  • Talent Metrics: Go from data to analysis to insight in order to measure effectiveness of talent management initiatives and to recommend and execute appropriate follow-up actions
  • Research market developments and best practices in management, leadership and organization development to serve as a subject matter expert and consult to organization regarding critical people issues; build and maintain relations with external sources
  • Continuously improve talent processes to innovate and integrate best practices, and to drive efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA preferred.
  • 8+ proven track record leading HR supporting enterprise-wide programs and initiatives in a matrixed environment, including experience working in a Center of Expertise (COE) designing all aspects of Talent Management
