What does a Revenue Growth Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of ongoing and ad hoc analysis for the total business in support of improving Swire market share. You will utilize tools such as Power BI, syndicated data, customer information, and panel data to help create an accountable and performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

• Independently provide end-to-end analysis that measures the impact of market performance, provides insights to key stakeholders, and develop business intelligence reporting
• Build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to improve adoption and confidence in deliverables
• Meet training milestones to improve speed and efficiency of team deliverables (Power BI reporting, data efficiency, etc)
• Document process and logic to increase team knowledge, contributing to best practices
• Use data management policies to assist with the ETL pipeline process using large and complex data sets that is stored within Azure or other cloud providers
• Learn and business intelligence workflow processes understanding to form data analysis reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1+ years experience producing business intelligence reporting analysis required
• 1+ years experience using SQL, Python, or similar toolsets required
• Data Visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, etc. required
• Master's Degree Business or STEM related field preferred
