What does the Payroll Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you are part of the HR team and responsible for the execution of various payroll duties. You will respond to answer payroll-related questions for both internal and external customers as needed; complete, audit, and process payroll-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines while maintaining confidentiality on all HR/Payroll information.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with managers and employees to correct timesheets for multi-state payroll processing of 7200+ employees; collect additional pay items and prepare for import to payroll
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
  • Analyze timekeeping and pay errors; work with managers to prevent future errors
  • Prepare and process pay for terminations and pay corrections
  • Audit and analyze payroll reports for changes and accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service on all payroll related questions from managers, employees, and agencies
  • Prepare and process garnishments
  • Process Verification of Employment forms
  • Enter union dues; create payroll adjustments; work with union representatives as needed


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required
  • 2+ years Payroll or HR experience required
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office with moderate Excel skills
  • Experience with time and attendance systems
