What does a Fleet Technician at Swire Coca-Cola do?

This is a full-time industrial level auto-mechanic position, responsible for performing maintenance, running diagnostics and repairing our medium to heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers. You will inspect fleet vehicles, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and play a crucial role in keeping our trucks safe and on the road!

*Must have 2+ diagnostic, maintenance and repair of Class 7 & 8 diesel trucks and trailers 

Job Details: 
Schedule: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Starting Pay: $28 - $32HR (pay offered will depend upon candidate's prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills & abilities)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements
• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests
• Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules
• Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics
• *Monthly day trips to Huachuca City for repairs and preventive maintenance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED)
• ASE Certified Diesel Mechanic
• 2+ diagnostic, maintenance and repair of Class 7 & 8 diesel trucks and trailers required
• Own set of tool set and understanding the best practice for how to use required tools
