What does an Inventory Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?

You get to work directly with the Inventory Supervisor and key stakeholders regarding current stock and potential issues with orders.

Job Details:

Shift is M-F 3:00am-11:30am

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances.
• Count and research and correct any variances in inventory.
• Process all variances with inbound/outbound shipments
• Use SAP shipment monitor to acquire daily inbound/outbound shipment list
• Identify and communicate BRF/STO/PO corrections to inventory team
• Complete all paperwork for receiving department

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• 1+ years of warehouse and/or inventory experience
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
