As the backbone of our fleet, you'll oversee vehicle and equipment purchasing, sales, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and safety in our Janitorial and Landscaping divisions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Optimizing Our Fleet: Evaluate needs and manage vehicle acquisition, negotiating procurement to meet organizational goals.
• Ensuring Reliability: Implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and manage vendor relationships for optimal performance.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety policies, provide driver training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and keep operations financially sound.
• Tech Integration: Lead integration of fleet management software and technology solutions for improved efficiency.
• Environmental Responsibility: Spearhead eco-friendly practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven track in fleet management or related fields (7-10 years in purchasing or similar field), with strong leadership and communication skills.
