Are you a motivated and experienced individual looking to take on a leadership role in the janitorial services industry? The Budd Group is seeking a proactive and dedicated Janitorial Site Supervisor to join our team at an industrial plant setting in Bland, Virginia.

**Position Overview:**
As a Full Time Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 janitorial cleaners, ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Cleaning will be required in this role. Preferred knowledge of Salesforce, Dayforce, and G-Suite is advantageous but not required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coach a team of janitorial cleaners
- Perform duties of a janitorial cleaner as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with management to ensure operational excellence

**Requirements:**
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prior supervisory experience (janitorial experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm flexibility is required with some weekends required
