Landscape Enhancement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Landscape Enhancement & Construction Manager to lead our landscape foremen and irrigation technicians in delivering high-quality landscape installations. The ideal candidate will manage enhancements on existing maintenance accounts and new installations on commercial sites, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a servant leader who leads with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule landscape projects to optimize workforce and equipment use.
- Manage day-to-day operations, maximizing profits and achieving monthly production goals.
- Train new Foremen and laborers, focusing on safety and maintenance procedures.
- Prepare enhancement and construction proposals, potentially meeting monthly sales goals.
- Order materials and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Maintain excellent internal and external customer relations.
- Supervise and motivate a team of 5-12 employees, conducting annual performance reviews.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles, coordinating repairs and inspections.
- Handle inventory management and complete all necessary paperwork promptly.
- Assist with field measurements, labor estimates, and seasonal snow and ice removal.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year horticulture degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in commercial landscape (with experience in installations)
- 2+ years managing teams in the green industry
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Solid mathematical skills for computing rates, ratios, etc to manage supply needs and manage budgets
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
