  • Experience: Three years of progressive experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Proficiency: Proficient in culinary skills, including knife handling, and a commitment to sanitation standards.
  • Certification: Possession of a valid food handler's permit.
  • Equipment Competence: Demonstrated competence in handling various kitchen equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: The ability to work effectively in a team, maintaining a positive attitude even during busy periods.
  • Physical Stamina: Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in high-temperature environments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work long hours and have a flexible schedule that might include weekends and/or holidays.
  • Reliability: Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
