Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mulesoft Developer with extensive experience in integrating Salesforce CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of APIled connectivity and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that streamline business processes and enhance system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Mulesoft to connect Salesforce CRM with various ERP systems.
- API Management: Create, manage, and maintain APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Solution Design: Architect integration solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with best practices.
- Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of integrations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful integration projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mulesoft development and integration.
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems integration.
- Demonstrated experience in leading integration projects and teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and DataWeave.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor P21, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and RAML specifications.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mulesoft Certified Developer certification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
