The Talent Development Specialist will:
- Influence and collaborate with HRBPs. Develop standard organizational and talent development tools and methodologies.
- Develop standards, tools, and processes; monitor, measure and evaluate effectiveness of organizational and talent development interventions.
- With guidance from the Director, Talent Development, develop and facilitate leadership and team effectiveness interventions.
- Use multiple delivery modalities to train team members, leaders, and HR Partners on interpersonal, leadership, and functional skills, which may include stand-alone job aids and resources, team building sessions, e-learnings, and instructor-led-trainings.
- Support the performance and talent management process for teams; evaluate, assess and advise leaders, managers, teams and individuals on development opportunities.
- Handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the field of organizational and talent development.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our culture and employee value proposition.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years talent or organizational development experience at a mid- to large-size organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- E-learning development using Articulate 360.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training program design.
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work remotely.
