Production Associate

Your application to this posting will ensure you are considered for all open manufacturing production positions, which includes packing, machine operating, forklift operating, and order picking. 1st shift starts at $15.50 or $16.50/hour and 2nd & 3rd shifts have a $2 shift premium

We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year—earn up to $20/hour in year one

EXPERIENCE:

No experience necessary, we will train you!

Forklift or prior operator experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run and monitor production in order to produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.
• Maintain area according to 5S policy.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to listen to others and communicate ideas in a constructive manner.

• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks.
