Summer 2025 - Procurement Intern

Our Procurement Intern will assist our Procurement Team with Supply Chain Management tasks involving aligning categories and catalog organization. This internship will be for Summer, 2025 and based in our Corporate offices in Midvale, UT.

Responsibilities / Job Duties:

• Assist in developing a meaningful purchasing/ supplier spending report from various databases
• Help to increase the number of suppliers on-boarded into the Coupa P2P system
• Develop a robust communication method with buyers at the operations to enhance working relationships
• Communicate with the Procurement team, business group management, and corporate management regarding the results of projects
• Provide updates to the Director of Procurement regarding the status of assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite including Excel, Access, and some PowerPoint)
• Ability to pass security screening to enter customer property if required
• Professional work ethic
• Self-motivated and a team player with a “can do” attitude
• Some travel may be required (all travel expenses will be reimbursed and interns/Team Members may retain frequent flier miles)

Education:

• Currently in Junior or Senior year of a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Supply Chain Management preferred, in Account or Business Administration considered
