Summer 2025 - Internal Audit Intern

Our Internal Audit Intern will assist the Internal Audit team in executing financial and operational audits and other projects at locations across various company operations. This internship will be for the Summer of 2025 and based in our Corporate offices in Midvale, UT.

Responsibilities / Job Duties:

• Assist in the planning of assigned projects
• Obtain audit evidence, and complete audit testing and documentation on time and in accordance with Audit Methodology and professional standards
• Communicate with the Internal Audit team, business group management, and corporate management regarding results of audit projects
• Provide updates to the Senior Director of Internal Audit regarding the status of assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite including Excel, Access, and some PowerPoint)
• Ability to pass security screening to enter customer property
• Professional work ethic
• Self-motivated and a team player with a “can do” attitude
• Some travel may be required (all travel expenses will be reimbursed and interns/Team Members may retain frequent flier miles) 

Education:

• Currently in Junior or Senior year of a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Accounting.
• Must have completed an intermediate auditing course and have a firm understanding of internal controls and control environment concepts.
