Punch Press Operator - 2nd shift

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a Punch Press Operator to work second shift (2:15 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.) in our air-conditioned facility. The chosen candidate would be responsible for running a stamping press and troubleshooting daily challenges.  2^nd shift Press Operators at Flexco typically start at $26.00/hour or more, depending on experience.

Punch Press Operator - 2nd shift 

Hours: The hours are 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

The Flexco team is interested in you if you have:

• A high school diploma.
• A minimum of 1 year related manufacturing experience with machine operation.
• Experience troubleshooting common machining challenges.
• Basic computer skills.

What you will be doing at Flexco:

• Set up automatic punch presses
• Install and align progressive die sets to perform a variety of blanking, forming, piercing, and trimming operations.
• Replace buttons, punches, and forms stripper plates as necessary.
• Analyze machine problems, make minor repairs and operating adjustment, fill out maintenance ticket if necessary.
• Replace and install sensors in proper position as required.
• Working on your feet all day
