This role is 100% onsite, in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management
- Manage Google Shared Document.
- Maintain SharePoint for dealer license files, distributing licenses monthly as they expire.
- Inventory Coordination
- Cross-train with the inventory team to assist with vehicle stock-in and transfers.
- Serve as a liaison between the buying team and inventory team.
- Financial Tracking
- Track payments for all vehicle purchases.
- Request wire transfers to streamline the payment process and reduce the need for approvals.
- Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve issues related to bills of sale and titles.
- Handle transportation issues, including gate passes and location problems.
- Monitoring and Follow-up
- Monitor arbitration documents, ensuring follow-up on documentation, vehicle returns, title returns, and payments.
- Oversee damage and transportation refunds.
- Follow up with PAL on delivery statuses and review weekly billing statements.
- Gate Pass Management
- Receive, send, and track all gate passes.
- Account Setup Assistance
- Assist in setting up accounts with new and existing buying sources.
- Clicklane Team Support
