Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving; help ensure new parts received are checked into the system in a timely manner and ensure repaired parts are shipped on time.
- Sales support thru picking up and delivering repair parts to designated customers and vendors.
- Purchasing overflow; assist purchasing through pricing, pulling, receiving, distributing, and ordering parts as needed.
- Assist in customer service as needed.
- Assist in productions support as needed.
- Assist in shop cleanliness and help ensure we are “Tour Ready.”
- On-call for after-hours pickup and delivery support.
- Potential for occasional travel to help with program launches.
- Being a valuable and flexible part of the team to assist where needed as we grow.
- Representing the values of American Industrial at all times to customers, vendors and American Industrial colleagues.
- Other duties/tasks as assigned.
