LMS Program Manager
Starting pay for this position is $70,000-83,000 per year. This is a remote position.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The LMS Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of our Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LMS platforms (Alchemy and Dayforce/Open Sesame), managing content and learners, creating engaging learning materials, and facilitating training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the administration of LMS platforms, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and user access management.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update course content and training materials.
- Build and maintain learning plans, career paths / tracks, as business needs dictate.
Manage the LMS content library, ensuring materials are current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals. - Facilitate live training sessions, webinars, and workshops, employing adult learning methodologies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Monitor and report on learner progress, providing insights and recommendations to improve learning outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, utilizing feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-learning and educational technology to incorporate innovative solutions into the LMS strategy.
- Create and share monthly training completions throughout the organization.
- Support sites and corporate functions with course access and troubleshooting.
- Support creation of Action Plans to address training gaps at sites/corporate functions.
- Direct liaison with training vendors for content curation, support issues and invoicing.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration, content creation, and training facilitation.
- Alchemy and Open Sesame experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in Learning & Development, Project Management, or related areas is a plus.
- Expertise in adult learning strategies and training delivery.
- Ability to develop results-driven learning infrastructure and follow-up assessment techniques.
- Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia production.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate behavioral and business impact of learning investments.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
