Job Description

Provide Business Analyst services for the Dynamics 365 ERP system. Partner with Business Capability Owners to understand processes and system requirements and ensuring new systems meet these needs; analyze and translate complex business requirements into a functional system design document; implement and provide ongoing support of software systems across multiple functions and technologies; provide project management for supported software systems and as a stand-alone service; participate in all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle including planning, requirements determination, current state analysis, solution design, estimating, construction, testing, training, implementing, and ongoing support and improvement; maintain knowledge documentation; ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction for supported systems and services; establish ongoing support structure, SLA’s, and KPI's for supported systems; and apply IT methodology, procedures, and tools to work performed.

 

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Technical Management or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 6 years (72 months) of progressive, post baccalaureate experience with all the following: (a) analyzing the client needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time; (b) creating, monitoring and updating processes and tools documentation for a procurement department; (c) developing test plans and overseeing the execution of tests for the integration; (d) designing and testing standards and solutions; (e) preparing user test scripts and overseeing software testing; (f) managing customizations to the software including gathering business and technical requirements, creating project work plans, writing functional specifications, testing, and documenting process changes; and (g) utilizing all the following tools/technologies: Microsoft office (Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access), Service Now, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, DevOps, Master Control, and SharePoint. All experience may be gained concurrently.
