SUMMARY: 

The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for driving profitable sales by contacting the thousands of leads our research team provides. Follows proven sales process, rapidly and consistently; has attention to detail; and is dependable, with excellent organizational skills. Has great customer service, and people and communication skills.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Drive new business by planning for and conducting 75 - 90 prospecting/introductory cold calls per day.
  • Maintains existing business via conducting the necessary call/email communications.
  • Follow-up phone contacts or attempts with emails and other methods.
  • Establish a full calendar of phone meetings and online application demonstrations.
  • Communicate effectively to fully understand the potential client’s challenges, needs and goals, while articulating the value of our services as an alternative to their current provider and addressing objections.
  • Secure the change of registered agent commitment and negotiate pricing, actively securing the formal order.
  • Communicate the company’s competitive advantage to customers in a compelling articulate manner in speech, writing and formal presentation.
  • Demonstrate corporate core values and culture.
  • Develop professional and positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain a reputation of competence, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned.


COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to manage your time effectively
  • Strong, effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM’s, Microsoft Office and GoToMeeting a plus

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred
  • Experience of conducting outbound phone calls or call center experience
  • Demonstrated experience of reaching sales goals and closing deals in a B2B environment 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Representative has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
