What does a Warehouse Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a member of our Warehouse team, you will be a key leader among your peers and colleagues to ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for assisting in operations of total warehouse, including shipping/receiving, DSD and Inventory
- Coordinates and controls duties and personnel for all forklift operators and order builders
- Coordinates with Supervisor and Warehouse manager to ensures proper training for all warehouse associates
- Knowledge of all warehouse job descriptions and duties including TMS, SAP and Inventory functions with the ability to learn and perform those tasks as needed
- With direction from the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager, maintains a clean, well-organized, and safe work environment.Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor and or Manager
Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience require.
- PIT certified
- Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business and help cover other lead shifts (night or rotating weekend) as needed
- Knowledge of SAP systems in CONA
- Able to coordinate assigned projects as directed by Supervisor or Manager
- Must be able to learn and understand department goals and work with Supervisor and Manger to achieve those goals
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed
