Warehouse - Forklift Operator Lead

What does a Warehouse Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will be a key leader among your peers and colleagues to ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for assisting in operations of total warehouse, including shipping/receiving, DSD and Inventory
• Coordinates and controls duties and personnel for all forklift operators and order builders
• Coordinates with Supervisor and Warehouse manager to ensures proper training for all warehouse associates
• Knowledge of all warehouse job descriptions and duties including TMS, SAP and Inventory functions with the ability to learn and perform those tasks as needed
• With direction from the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager, maintains a clean, well-organized, and safe work environment.Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor and or Manager
  
  Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience require.
• PIT certified
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business and help cover other lead shifts (night or rotating weekend) as needed
• Knowledge of SAP systems in CONA
• Able to coordinate assigned projects as directed by Supervisor or Manager
• Must be able to learn and understand department goals and work with Supervisor and Manger to achieve those goals
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed
