About the Role:
This is a mid-shift position that focuses on break-fix support of the Kinetic Broadband network. This role will require extensive knowledge repairing and provisioning a wide range of network services. The ideal applicant will be able to manage multiple tasks, assist field technicians with break-fix activity, and write and perform maintenance work as needed.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and resolve customer-impacting events on the Kinetic network via Salesforce ticketing and phone interactions with Local Operations
- Support and coordinate an Outage and break-fix events to resolution. This involves opening a bridge, coordinating restoration with Local Operations, update appropriate tickets, and confirm impact with NOC verticals
- Manage and maintain Access NOC ticket queue
- Define and analyze current gaps and recommend solutions.
- Establish training, and job aid documentation to improve workflow and educate users.

Minimum Requirements: Associate Degree in a technical discpline and 4-6 years technical/telephony experience with 4+ years directly related to the job; or 7+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
