Programs Team Associate
SUMMARY
Responsible for partnering with Alliant’s Public Entity program account team in new group implementation, renewal processing, marketing efforts, and general technical and administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports new client implementation through gathering, reviewing, and validating information;
• Reviews annual benefit summaries and SBCs (coordinates RSP resources) for existing members;
• Creates and monitors member-level tracking for renewals, plan changes, etc.;
• Ensures final sold documentation is accurate and updated timely;
• Works with carriers to ensure open enrollment materials are updated;
• Supports program team with marketing activities as required;
• Releases new business quotes from Underwriting to service teams;
• Creates annual notices;
• Supports maintenance of program portal;
• Coordinates with account team to understand renewal strategies;
• Supports service teams through communication and coordination;
• Manages ongoing (monthly/quarterly) client maintenance projects as determined by account team;
• Oversees ancillary (non-Medical/Dental) implementations (EIA only);
• Coordinates small group new business quote process (EIA only);
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Related work experience preferred
Valid Insurance license required, or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
SKILLS
