WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

· Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed.

· Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests.

· Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room.

· Completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements (i.e. rollups, condiments, etc.) as

directed.

· Provides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality. Ensure water glasses are full

throughout the meal.

· Accurately communicates the daily menu offering if requested. May read tickets and deliver food to

assigned table or section according to Company service standards.

· Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management.

Notifies supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Assists servers with food and water for the guests. Cleans and re-sets tables in the dining areas.

GREAT IF YOU HAVE

· Requires ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions. Contacts

sometimes contain confidential/sensitive information so requires the ability to use discretion. Must

demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor. Requires strong communication and

interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction.

· Must know all applicable health standards.
