Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management:
    • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Dayforce HRIS platform.
    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data by performing regular audits and system checks.
    • Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs, including benefits, performance management, and employee self-service.
    • Develop and deliver training to the HR team and end-users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
  • Compensation Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including market research, salary surveys, and benchmarking.
    • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job classifications, and salary structures.
    • Administer compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to provide insights on workforce metrics, compensation, and HR operations.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage HRIS and compensation-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful system integrations and updates.
    • Work with HRIS vendors and consultants as needed.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management and compensation analysis.
  • Proficiency with Dayforce by Ceridian is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HRIS module implementation and utilization, especially in configuring and optimizing system functionalities.
  • Knowledge of compensation management best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with change management and training programs related to HRIS and compensation systems.
