We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator for our corporate office.
 
The ideal candidate would be able to do the following: 
  • Greet visitors: Welcoming clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
     
     
  • Manage the reception area: keeping the office tidy and presentable, and ensuring there are all the necessary supplies. 
     
     
  • Handling mail and packages: receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 
     
     
  • Answering phone calls: answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department. 
     
     
  • Scheduling appointments: scheduling meetings and appointments. 
     
     
  • Managing office supplies: ordering supplies and keeping inventory. 
     
     
  • Maintaining security: following safety procedures and controlling access to the office. 
     
     
  • Assisting applicants: providing applications, pens, clipboards, and other reference materials to applicants. 
     
     
  • Handling data entry: handling filing and data entry as requested. 
     
     

A good front desk coordinator has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work well with customers, employees, and vendors.
